Previous Events
You can find out what people are saying about Living Single, Finding Love and some of our previous events…
- I read the book after meeting Jerusha in San Francisco at one of her book signings. This woman is fabulous! She totally captures a room, as her book captures your imagination. About 80 people attended the book signing, 76 of which were women. I was one of only 4 men…You should definitely buy the book and if you get a chance, attend one of her book signings. It will be one of the best book signings you have ever been to. – G. Millar, Mountain View, CA
- THANKS! I’m so excited to see you again! Jason and I will have to give you a big thank-you hug for introducing us — now that we’ve been happily married for almost six months! – Sara C., Palo Alto, CA
- The event was so much fun and was a great success. I am so glad we were able to do this event. You were also very great to work with and VERY instrumental in making this event happen as well. I can’t wait to hear all about your event at the W San Diego. – Nicolle Blanco, Public Relations & Marketing Coordinator, W San Francisco
- Thanks again for a lovely soiree & the goodie box! Was quite a fun way to see a flick! And a good excuse for many to pull out those fancy shoes! – Donna B. San Francisco, CA
- The title and the pink of the book caught my eye at a local Borders. Once I picked it up, I just couldn’t put this book down! Your book really validated the single life. Being 30 this year I tell friends, “Hey, I’m 30, unattached and child-free!” When I tell them I’m going to really live it up as a single, they look at me like a bad science experiement! I’ve been called “Old Maid, indecisive, scared-to-committ” and a host of other adjectives for just not wanting to take the matrimonial or maternal plunge during this time in my life – if ever. Then I bought your book. Just one month after my 30th birthday, I’ve had a new found motivation to really live this year and every one after with the conviction that I can be single and happy! Until your book, I seldom heard anyone brag about the freedom that singles have. I feel validated about my relationship choices, and I feel like I’m not alone when living “la dolce vita”! Thanks again for such a great read! – Consuella L., San Francisco
